Learn:
-Enroll in a SWELL class (e.g., yoga, cycling)
-Review BYU’s exercise resources to understand fitness fundamentals
-Meet with a Wellness Coach to plan out a exercise routine
-Visit the Student Health Center for a premarital class, or check out their website to explore all they offer
Do:
-Set and follow a physical activity goal, such as working out three times a week for one month, and track your progress
-Follow the fitness plan made by the Wellness Coach for 1 month
-Attend 4 different Y-Fitness classes in 1 month
-Try 4 new nutritious reccipes
-Visit Outdoors Unlimited to explore their rental equipment and embark on a new adventure
-Complete a DMBA Living Healthy Wellness Challange https://hrd.byu.edu/living-healthy-program *employees with a DMBA insurance plan only
-Meet with a Wellness Coach or a YBeFit Coach
-Watch BYU'a Physical Wellness Video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rsfvURPIS1E
